Packaging

All products will be packed and posted to you with care and love! If the order is a gift, we have special gift stickers and write a handwritten note for the recipient if you supply a message. 

Each print will be carefully packaged in a cellophane sleeve and will be placed with a thick piece of board, which will ensure it arrives in immaculate condition. Please note that prints will be posted flat in a cardboard envelope however A3 Prints worldwide will be shipped in a cardboard protective tube. If multiple prints are ordered we will put them in the same cello sleeve to save on plastic usage, unless you message us asking otherwise. 

Our A5 prints come in compostable bags, however, we haven’t yet found suitable protective bags for the A4 and A3 prints (we are also trying to use up all our plastic ones first before finding more sustainable packaging!)

Order Turnaround

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Items that are made to order can take up to one week to ship. Orders being sent to a UK address are usually delivered within 1-3 days, but international orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered – please allow up to 3-4 weeks in transit to be safe! Currently, there may be extended delays due to global pandemic.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the UK, it may be subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
